Every year the "End of
September grape festival" is organized to celebrate the
vines and their nectar. The land produces the wine that has taken the town’s name all over the world. Visitors are offered the charm of the old town and lakeside walks as well as the chance to discover the surrounding hills and their views over the whole
Lake.
The traditional "Bird festival"
also takes place in Cisano, every year on the first week of
September; it’s an exhibition dedicated to the bird catching
which attracts many tourists and hunters from all over Italy.
There are many opportunities for an active and sporting holiday as well as the opportunity to taste local wines and olive oil and last, but not least, Bardolino also enjoys a lively nightlife. |
