If you're into sports, there's no shortage at Lake Garda.

Golf, Tennis, Mountain biking, Rock climbing, Scuba Diving, Surfing,  or Paragliding, to name just a few of the many sports to do around the lake.

GOLF

The mild climate of Lake Garda and its territory offers ideal conditions for those who have a passion for golfing. You can enjoy this sport all year round at the numerous golf courses you can find throughout the rolling hills of Garda.

SAILING

The history of sailing on the Lake of Garda goes back hundreds of years. It is a virtual paradise for sailors. In the past 50 years it has become well noted as a sports center for all types of sailing activities. Several regattas are held on Lake Garda including the internationally famous Hundred Mile Regatta held annually every September.

MOUNTAIN BIKING

Lake Garda mountain biking is a favorite activity of Lake Garda. Whilst you can bike anywhere around the lake, if you a serious mountain biker, then the trials up in the mountains around the north will be a real test for even the most experienced bikers! Here you can ride steep and twisty trials with dramatic drop-offs to the sides and unbelievable views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

The lake is well known for its natural and plunging down rocks. From Manerba del Garda (the most southern rock climb) climbing is possible in Garda and in Marciaga, in Gargnano, Toscolano Maderno, Campione, Limone, Torbole, and in the best known Sarca Valley with hundreds of climbing trails that are adapted to different levels of skill and length.
